Request account and data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Garimpo account and associated data. Requests are forwarded to our security team, which will verify your identity before processing the deletion.

What will be deleted

• Account data: email, display name, language, preferences, password hash.
• Alerts: all alerts you created.
• Watchlist: tracked tickers and average prices.
• Sessions and trusted devices: tokens and device identifiers.
• Push ID: the OneSignal identifier linked to your account.

What may be retained

• Support tickets: records may be kept for a limited period for audit purposes.
• Security logs: kept for limited periods to protect the service.

Still have access to your account?

You can delete your account directly: log in, open the preferences menu, and use the "Delete account" option. This page is intended for users who can no longer access their account, or prefer to submit a written request.
